The new Breeding Plan was adopted by the board at Norsk hestesenter on the 24th og april this year.
This replaces the former breeding plan from 2003.
One of the main changes for the breeders is that Norsk hestesenter has drawn up new judge cards for the judges. The new judge cards will be in use this year
