The Board of Directors of the Fjord Horse International Association calls all members to the General Assembly (GA) of the Association

Wednesday, May 1^st 2013, at 5 p.m.

Nordfjord Hotell, Nordfjordeid, Norway

Following Board members are up for election:

• Nils Ivar Dolvik, president (Norway)
• Maureen van Leeuwen, board member (Netherlands)
• Berit Bergset, board member (Norway)

According to the Statutes §6.2, the Board members who run for re-election are:

• Nils Ivar Dolvik, for the mandate of the president (Norway)
• Maureen van Leeuwen for the mandate of board member (Netherlands)

According to the Statutes §6.3, member associations, must send information about candidates they wish to nominate for one empty Board seat at least 5 weeks before the GA, as must the board and private members.

This procedure shall not limit the possibility of proposing candidates for the board at the GA itself.
