1. Welcome

2. 20 y Celebration in May 2017
We’ll have about six hours on Wednesday 3rd May to spend for our Jubilee Celebration, after the stallion tests and before our annual meeting. Nils got a proposal from Norsk Fjordhestcenter to visit the farm in Stryn called Fosnes where the matador Njål was born in 1893 and then walk to the Jostedal Glacier National Park Center where we could have lunch. The FjHI board agrees to work on this project.
Former FjHI presidents and board members will be invited on the event.

3. Inbreeding
Four countries answered on the letter sent out by Nils. Maureen will collect the information in a document to be published on the FjHI website.

4. UELN
The contact information for FjHI has been corrected on the UELN website. Regarding the use of the UELN numbers in the german passport pedigrees: this point will be further discussed with Susanne Petersen.

5. EC rules
Nils is waiting further contact with Denmark. We are still convinced that international rules can be established to be used by all countries because the FEI rules are the basic for all of them. Nils shall resend a letter to the FjHI member countries to look into the EC rules before next spring, before the 2017 GA.

6. Miscellaneous
• Think about the future international exhibition
• The Dutch studbook proposes to collect international information concerning “offspring” evaluation of approved stallions.
• Consider an international database
• Next board meeting : Monday 28th November
